The Beginning
A passion that started early.
My name is Cris Calero, and I've had a passion for cars for as long as I can remember. I started out working summers at my dad's auto glass shop, which gave me my first real exposure to the automotive world — the tools, the people, the pace. It was the first place I learned that the car business rewards patience and precision in equal measure.
Inside the Industry
Years inside the showroom.
That early exposure eventually led me into dealership sales, where I worked directly with Mazda, BMW, Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Audi, Mercedes, and Infiniti. I learned the business from the inside — pricing strategies, negotiation tactics, financing structures, the quiet mechanics of how a deal actually comes together behind the desk.
The Turning Point
Why the system felt broken.
But the deeper I got into the industry, the more I saw how inefficient and frustrating the car-buying process can be. Dealerships are often structured to maximize profit at the expense of the customer experience, leading to unnecessary pressure, wasted time, and, in some cases, unethical practices. It wore on me. I knew there had to be a better way.
