How many vehicles are you hiring CarFetch to help with?

This is a one-time service charge, not a fee for every vehicle or listing CarFetch reviews. The $500 fee covers full car-buying support for one intended vehicle purchase or lease, including reviewing multiple options, dealer outreach, offer comparison, negotiation support, deal review, and pickup or delivery coordination. Selecting two personalized vehicle requests is a one-time $1,000 service charge for two intended vehicle purchases or leases, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Important: CarFetch can review options outside your local area or even out of state if it helps find the right vehicle or a better deal. If the vehicle is far away, it may need to be shipped to you. Shipping cost depends on distance and should be kept in mind when comparing the total deal.

Service Agreement Acceptance

By submitting this request and continuing to payment, you agree to the CarFetch Car-Buying Concierge Service Agreement.

I understand that CarFetch works in my corner to provide personalized car-buying support, including reviewing vehicle options, dealer outreach, offer comparison, negotiation support, deal review, and pickup or delivery coordination.

I understand that CarFetch is not the dealership or seller and does not guarantee vehicle availability, financing approval, monthly payment, trade value, dealer terms, pricing, incentives, or savings.

I understand the consulting fee becomes non-refundable once CarFetch begins reviewing options, dealer outreach, offer comparison, negotiation support, deal review, or consultation work on my behalf.

The CarFetch Car-Buying Concierge Service remains active for six (6) months from the date of payment. If the Client wishes to continue services beyond six (6) months, a Service Reactivation Fee of $250 may be required to extend services for an additional six (6) months.

CarFetch Car-Buying Concierge Service Agreement

Service Description

The client is purchasing a car-buying concierge service in which CarFetch provides personalized guidance and support from the client's first request through vehicle selection, deal review, and coordination for pickup or delivery.

Based on the client's stated preferences, budget, and timing, CarFetch may assist with:

  • Understanding the client's vehicle needs and priorities
  • Reviewing suitable vehicle options
  • Contacting dealerships or sellers when needed
  • Comparing pricing, terms, and offers
  • Supporting negotiations
  • Reviewing deal details with the client
  • Helping coordinate vehicle pickup or delivery

CarFetch works for the client as an independent consultant and provides guidance and deal assistance throughout the process. CarFetch does not represent the dealership or seller.

Service Fee

The client agrees to pay a one-time consulting fee of $500 for car-buying concierge support for each intended vehicle purchase or lease unless otherwise agreed in writing. Support for one intended vehicle is $500, and support for two intended vehicles is $1,000.

This fee is earned upon payment and covers:

  • Personalized vehicle option review and dealer outreach
  • Pricing and offer comparison
  • Lease and finance option guidance
  • Trade-in guidance
  • Negotiation support and deal assistance
  • Deal detail review
  • Purchase or lease guidance
  • Pickup or delivery coordination assistance

No Guarantee of Results

The client understands and agrees that CarFetch cannot guarantee vehicle availability, approval, a specific purchase price, lease terms, finance rates, monthly payments, incentives, rebates, trade values, final deal terms, or any specific amount of savings.

CarFetch will use commercially reasonable efforts to help the client identify a suitable vehicle and pursue the best deal reasonably available based on the client's preferences, budget, timing, and market conditions.

The service is intended to save the client time and energy by handling much of the heavy lifting involved in reviewing options, communicating with dealers or sellers, comparing offers, supporting negotiations, reviewing deal details, and helping coordinate the final pickup or delivery.

Service Term and Extension

The CarFetch Car-Buying Concierge Service remains active for six (6) months from the date of payment. If the Client wishes to continue services beyond six (6) months, a Service Reactivation Fee of $250 may be required to extend services for an additional six (6) months.

A reactivation fee will not be required when the client has committed to a new, special-ordered vehicle and delivery extends beyond the service term because the vehicle must be manufactured, allocated, transported, or shipped. In that situation, CarFetch will continue reasonable coordination related to that order through delivery.

Independent Consultant Disclosure

The client acknowledges that CarFetch is an independent car-buying consultant and:

  • Is not a licensed automobile dealership
  • Is not acting as the seller of any vehicle
  • Is not a lender or financing institution
  • Does not sell, lease, finance, warrant, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle
  • Does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice
  • Does not execute vehicle purchase or lease agreements on behalf of the client

Final vehicle selection, purchase or lease, financing, paperwork, payments, pickup, and delivery arrangements are between the client and the dealership or seller. CarFetch may assist with coordination but is not a party to those transactions.

Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

CarFetch may provide opinions and information regarding vehicles but does not guarantee:

  • Mechanical or cosmetic condition
  • Prior accident history
  • Vehicle history report accuracy
  • Warranty coverage
  • Manufacturer recall status

The client remains responsible for conducting any inspections, reviewing vehicle history reports, and verifying all vehicle information before purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

Dealer and Seller Documentation Responsibility

The client is responsible for reviewing, understanding, and signing all documents presented by the dealership, lender, leasing company, or seller, including:

  • Purchase and lease agreements
  • Financing contracts
  • Warranty agreements
  • GAP contracts
  • Service contracts
  • Any additional products purchased or included with a lease

Final purchase, lease, financing, paperwork, payments, and delivery are between the client and the dealership or seller. CarFetch is not responsible for errors, omissions, or representations made by third parties.

Refund Policy

The consulting fee is non-refundable once CarFetch begins reviewing options, dealer outreach, offer comparison, negotiation support, deal review, or consultation work on the client's behalf.

If CarFetch determines that it cannot reasonably assist with the client's request before work begins, a refund may be issued at CarFetch's sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarFetch's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.

The client agrees that CarFetch shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or opportunities
  • Vehicle defects
  • Financing decisions
  • Dealership actions
  • Third-party representations
  • Consequential damages

Electronic Signature Consent

The client agrees that electronic signatures, electronic acknowledgements, and digital acceptance of this agreement shall be deemed legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature.

By checking the acceptance box, submitting this request, and continuing to payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this agreement with CarFetch.
